600 gr steak or beef strips
1 tin Miami Tomato and onion mix
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Add olive oil to a deep pot, brown the beef and add in the tin tomato and onion mix, soya sauce with
salt and pepper seasoning. Simmer on a low heat for 2o minutes.
Serve over pasta or rice with roughly chopped cilantro or parsley.
