What You Need
It’s time to get to it! Here’s what you need for this sensational treat.
- 3 chicken breasts, precooked and shredded
- 1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese/mozzarella (can be low fat if you choose)
- 3 Tbsp cottage cheese (fat free)
- 3 Tbsp MIAMI boerie relish
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise (low fat)
- Some chilli flakes and sweetener or sugar
- 3 wraps (go low carb for an extra kick)
- 2 egg whites
It’s Time to Get Cooking
This one will need a little preparation, so pop the oven on to 180 degrees, line a baking tray with foil, spray it down with a cooking spray or a little oil, and you’re ready to get going.
We’re going to mix the shredded chicken, cottage cheese, boerie relish, mayo, chilli, and a little sugar or sweetener into an ooey-gooey filling. Lay the tortillas out flat, and slice them into 4 wedges. Beat the egg whites a little, then use a pastry brush to coat the wraps. Add a generous helping of filling to each quarter, and roll them up into a cone. Brush the top with a little more egg white. Pop them into the oven, and give them up to 10 minutes to crisp up.
