Packet brown onion soup
1 teaspoon vinegar
30ml Miami Sweet Tomato Relish
125ml sour cream or plain yoghurt (optional)
Mix all ingredients well together and make smallish meatballs, bake in oven until brown. Serve with a salad.
Option 2: For a quick pasta dish
While meatballs are baking, do the following:
Cook any of your favourite pasta and set aside. Tagliatelle is ideal.
For the sauce:
Brown 1 onion until soft, add MIAMI Tomato & Olive (or any other tin of MIAMI tomato mixtures) simmer for 5 minutes. Add two heaped tablespoons of plain cream cheese and mix in meatballs. Serve with pasta & freshly grated parmesan cheese.
