100ml sunflower oil
200ml milk or water
5ml Ina Paarman garlic & herb mix
500ml (2 k) cake flour
10ml (2 t) baking powder
Pinch of salt
200ml MIAMI Chakalaka
250ml cheddar cheese, grated
Pre-heat the oven to 180oC. Wipe the muffin tins/pan with butter or spay with spray and cook.
Mix oil, milk & egg together, mix well.
Sift all the dry ingredients together and lightly mix with the egg mixture.
Place a large tablespoon of mixture in muffin pan, spoon a tablespoon of MIAMI Chakalaka over and then sprinkle with grated cheese, bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
