Packet puff pastry
Handful strong cheese, cheddar or gruyere / parmesan
Roll out the puff pastry after defrosting it in the fridge, work quickly with it as it must not get warm so the less amount of handling the better.
Spread a tablespoon MIAMI Atchar over the dough, sprinkle with cheese of your choice or mixture of cheese.
Press down slightly just to press the cheese & spread in cut into strips and twist pastry.
Bake in a pre-heated oven of 220°C until golden brown.
Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
