8 – 10 Chicken thighs
1 cup water
3 – 4 medium potatoes cut into cubes
1 tin MIAMI Mango Atchar or MIAMI Vegetable Atchar
Brown the chicken in a pot until golden brown. Pour a cup of water & potato cubes. Cover and simmer for 30 – 40 minutes. Add a tin of MIAMI Atchar and cook for a furtherer 10 minutes. NB Don’t add any additional salt & pepper the Atchar seasoning is perfect. YUMMY!
Use the ready-made bread dough from Spar. Roll it out, cut into squares and spread some MIAMI Sweet Tomato Relish over. Sprinkle a mixture of cheddar/mozzarella over, fold like a pie and proof for a few minutes, place on braai and braai until cooked.
