Serves 6
This delicacy is best served with freshly baked bread or pasta 

1 tin MIAMI Tomato & Onion Mix
1 tin Miami Tomato, Garlic, Basil & Oregano
2  crushed garlic cloves or 10ml
120ml red wine
30ml lemon juice
5ml  dried mixed herbs
15ml sugar
Salt & pepper
20ml butter
30ml olive oil
500g chicken livers 

Prepare tomato mixture:
Mix the tomatoes, garlic, red wine, lemon juice, herbs and sugar in a blender.  Add salt & pepper to taste. Place mixture in a casserole and let it simmer until thick. While the tomato mixture is simmering, heat some oil & butter in a pan and fry the chopped livers for approximately 5 minutes till lightly browned.  Now add the tomato mixture and heat thoroughly, serve with bread rolls and a nice spicy sauce!!
