1 onion chopped
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
pinch cayenne pepper
500g mince
1 tin MIAMI Indian Style Diced Tomatoes
1 tin Red Kidney beans (sauce & all)

Brown mince in its own fat, add onion, garlic and fry for a few more minutes until onions are soft. Add the rest of the ingredients, simmer for 15 minutes season to taste and serve with toasted wraps cut into wedges, sour cream & guacamole.
