1kg baby potatoes, skin on
50ml MIAMI Gherkin Relish
30ml condensed milk
Chopped salami or fried chopped bacon
Boil potatoes until soft, drain and slice into ½, place on a platter and mix together the rest of the ingredients. Pour over potatoes, sprinkle salami / bacon over, garnish with a few chopped peppadews. Allow to rest for a while before serving.
