Brown the following :
1 onion chopped
250g mince
30ml butter

2 potatoes cubed
2 teaspoon crushed garlic
15ml paprika
1 tin MIAMI Tomato & Onion of MIAMI Braai Relish
500ml Beef stock
15ml maizena (corn flour) mixed with 15ml water
Salt & pepper to taste
15ml fresh parsley
4  MIAMI Sweet & Sour Gherkins, cut into slivers

Cook potatoes until soft but not mashed, stir in large dollop of sour cream and serve with freshly baked bread, butter  & a selection of cheeses & pesto’s
