1 bag lintnoodles (or Chow Mein noodles or rice noodles)
500g pork strips
½ bottle MIAMI Gherkin Relish
1 teaspoon garlic (finely chopped)
2 dessertspoon soya sauce
1 dessertspoon lemon juice
1/3 cup finely chopped peanuts or almonds
Oil for frying
1 bag frozen Oriental Mix or fresh stir-fry vegetables
Soak noodles in boiled water for 10 to 15 minutes.
Stir-fry vegetables and keep aside. Fry pork strips till light brown.
Add soya, garlic, ginger (optional), peanuts and lemon juice to the meat.
Add cooked vegetables and MIAMI Gherkin Relish, simmer for approximately 5 minutes. Drain noodles and serve with stir-fry and salad
