Fry together
½ tablespoon curry powder
add
1 tablespoon MIAMI Tomato Paste
1 cube beef stock
2 tablespoon chutney
1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh not bottled)
1 tin MIAMI Indian Style Diced Tomatoes
250 ml Hellman’s Mayonnaise ….. (must be that brand)
Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with rice & sambals.
