Use phyllo pastry and cut into squares.

Mixture 1: Grated cheese (strong cheddar) & MIAMI Vegetable Atchar (best to drain off the oil first)

Mixture 2:  Fried bacon & MIAMI Vegetable Atchar (best to drain off the oil first)

Fold into small triangles or make small spring rolls, remember to paint the pastry with melted butter.  Bake in a hot oven at roughly 190°C for approximately 10- 15min or until golden brown.
