Use big brown mushrooms. Firstly clean the mushrooms. Remove the stem, chop and mix with cooked bacon and a spoon full of MIAMI Atchar, also chopped. Place the mixture back on the mushroom and sprinkle some cheese on top to melt, place in a warm oven and bake for approximately 15-20 min, until the mushrooms are cooked.
